These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AgentHubTX (the "Service"), operated for real estate agents by Attorney Broker Services, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AgentHubTX is provided to individuals given an access code by us for the purpose of trying the Service. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account or access code with anyone not authorized by us to use the Service.
AgentHubTX provides a set of tools, reference guides, and resources intended to support real estate agents in their day-to-day work, including but not limited to compliance references, calculators, client communication drafting tools, and lead-tracking features. The Service is provided on an as-is, evolving basis and may change, be added to, or be removed at any time without notice.
You agree to use the Service only for your own individual, lawful use in connection with your work as a real estate professional. You agree not to:
Content on AgentHubTX — including compliance guides, calculators, and reference material — is provided for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or professional advice, and does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship of any kind. You remain responsible for verifying information against the current, authoritative source (such as TREC, the Texas Property Code, or a licensed professional) before relying on it in your own work. Where the Service references or links to third-party tools, websites, or services, we do not control and are not responsible for that third-party content.
Some tools on AgentHubTX use AI to generate draft content — including listing descriptions, client emails, and offer strength summaries. These outputs are starting points for your own review, not finished work product and not legal, appraisal, or professional advice. By using these tools, you agree to:
You remain solely responsible for any content you send, publish, or rely on, regardless of whether it was AI-assisted. We are not liable for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated AI-generated content that you use without independent review.
The Service, including its design, tools, and original written content, is owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you. You retain ownership of any content you personally submit through the Service (such as text you enter into a tool), but you grant us a license to store and process that content as needed to operate the Service for you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on any content or estimate it provides.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
